The company that makes cosmetics for beauty brands has recently started asking employees to stop wearing makeup for a few weeks and has also announced a gender-neutral grooming regime.

The company, Lush Cosmetics, said it would start by asking men to stop using facial cleansers, which are typically used to clean up makeup from the forehead and cheekbones, as well as other areas of the face.

“This will allow us to identify potential areas of wear, improve the cleansing process, and improve the look of the skin, while ensuring that all employees are taking part in the process,” Lush said in a statement.
